We take a different approach – we genuinely want your business to succeed, and we are in the nitty gritty with you for as long as it takes to see that success. We have grown small businesses, streamlined large corporations, and everything in between. We are here to use our experience and the failures that we’ve had over our careers to help you avoid mistakes and find opportunities for your business.

We start with a conversation. We want to know about your business. We want to know what keeps you up at night. We want to know immediately how we could help you. However, in that conversation, we will also look for data about your company that will help us determine other areas where we might be able to help you succeed. Once we have that conversation, and you decide to move forward with us, we will line out what our metrics for success look like. We will make sure that you agree with our targets, approach, and timeline – then we get started. Using our trusted network of partners, we will get help from whoever we need in our network to be successful. It is important to note – we will never sign up to any goal or target that we don’t believe is 100% achievable. We will take steps together to make that success a reality. We are invested in your business’ success.

It’s easy to think that we could charge a huge sum for these types of services, but we understand that being a small business, that kind of operational spending is difficult to justify. We make it simple – other than a small up front fee depending on the scope of work (think $, not $$$) – we don’t get paid until we hit the goals. We utilize a revenue sharing model – when we deliver what we agreed to, we get a percentage of that goal. For example, if we agree to saving you $500k in inventory costs, and we hit that target, then we receive a small percentage of that savings – you keep the rest, and you’re always net positive. We find that this method allows us to be fully invested in your business and tied to the outcome, and also gives you the peace of mind that there is no large bill coming, and that the payment is manageable.
